By using Petal Ignite Studio pages or purchasing a course when purchasing is enabled, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Educational content
Course descriptions, exercises, and examples are provided for general creative education. They do not promise a particular artistic, professional, or commercial result. Your progress depends on practice, context, and personal goals.
3. Intellectual property
Petal Ignite Studio owns or licenses the website design, written lessons, curriculum descriptions, and brand materials. You may use purchased educational materials for personal learning, but may not copy, resell, redistribute, or present them as your own.
4. Catalog and demonstration tools
The catalog, Fallows list, and cart are provided to help you explore. Until a payment service is expressly introduced, cart confirmation is not a binding transaction and no payment is processed.
5. Good studio citizenship
Communicate respectfully, do not upload harmful or unlawful material, do not attempt to disrupt the website, and do not use studio content to mislead others. We may restrict access when necessary to protect learners, teachers, or the service.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep information accurate and pages available, but static web services can contain interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Petal Ignite Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or inability to access it.
